Pencil looks more natural but will tend to smudge much easier. And you can still soften a pencil liner with a small brush.
I think Urban Decay's liners are pretty good and N.Y.X.'s Slide On Eyeliner are very good too. Both are very creamy and smudge proof.
I have heard of Make Up Forever's eyeliners being really good, though I only have a shimmer one for highlighting.
If you can get your hands on foreign products, I think Dolly Wink's pencil liners are great, and long lasting as well. However, they need to need some more time to work with because they are a little drier and stickier.
If that still doesn't work I recommend a good setting spray. I really like Urban Decay's setting sprays and Skindinavia's setting sprays (they make Urban Decay's sprays) and they will last me the entire day, throughout the night, when I'm clubbing, etc. Excellent investment. The travel size is good enough, a few spritzes will do the job.livingbeautifullyX3https://www.blogger.com/profile/16479523119960521335noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2922802487041577642.post-63653180845036369592014-03-17T13:13:38.161-07:002014-03-17T13:13:38.161-07:00Very pretty!
